Simple ideas that help you make better decisions for your space
Start by measuring the place accurately
Before choosing any piece of furniture or material, record the measurements of the rooms, doors, windows and ceiling heights. Accurate measurements prevent buying and execution mistakes.
Layer your lighting in three levels
General lighting for the room, task lighting for the desk, reading or kitchen, and decorative lighting that highlights artwork and walls. Combining them gives visual comfort and flexibility of use.
Use a calm main colour
Keep the walls and large surfaces in calm shades and add accent colours in accessories, cushions and curtains. Changing them later is easier and cheaper than repainting.
Leave open space for movement
Crowded furniture makes the place smaller and less comfortable. Leave clear paths and do not fill every wall. Empty space is part of the design.
Ask for a 3D visualisation before execution
Seeing the materials, colours and lighting on screen reveals problems early and reduces costly changes during execution.
Plan storage from the start
Clutter is the biggest enemy of any design. Allocate hidden storage in every room (built-in cabinets, drawers, under-bed units) instead of adding it later.

Book a consultation through the form or contact us by phone, then we arrange a site visit and listen to your needs and budget before presenting the offer.
Do you offer design only, or execution as well?
We provide the design and the working drawings, and we can supervise the execution or carry out the whole project on a turnkey basis.
How long does it take to design an apartment or a villa?
It depends on the area and the number of spaces; usually two to six weeks for the design, and the execution period is stated in the offer after the site visit.
Can I see the design before execution?
Yes, we provide a 3D visualisation of every space with the materials, colours and lighting, and we make the agreed changes before execution begins.
How are the design and execution costs determined?
The cost is set after seeing the place and knowing the area, the materials, the required finish and the level of detail, and you receive a clear written offer to agree on before work begins.
What should I prepare before the site visit?
The floor plan if you have one, photos of the spaces, any ideas or pictures you like, and a rough idea of the budget and the expected timeline. If none of this is available that is fine; we help you define it during the visit.
Can we start by communicating remotely?
Yes, the initial idea can be discussed and photos and measurements sent through WhatsApp, e-mail or phone, and then we arrange the site visit, which is usually needed to give an accurate offer.
Can I change the design after it is presented?
Agreed changes can be made to the design and the 3D visualisation before it is approved and execution begins, and the limits of changes and how they are handled are stated in the written offer.
